Thoughts: I almost forgot to write this post since I’ve been trying to get started on these two new projects I had. Anyway, I finished my novella and started on the next in one the series. Want to guess how long it took for sexual activity to happen this time? The first thousand words. There are numerous sex scenes of various types because of course devirginizing sex is always near the end of the story, and I am nowhere near the end. I’m about a third of the way through, and I’m trying to figure out how I can get 16,000 more words out of the two characters that go at it more than rabbits do.
Fun fact, I paused writing the middle of a sex scene because I felt bad for cancelling on my friend so I could work today (still haven’t completed my checklist for the day, yay), and I called my dad to complain about how guilty I felt. Life as an erotica author is weird because you do the most random things like alternate between messaging a friend and looking up how to safely have sex in public without getting caught (yes, I actually looked that up for research purposes).
I think it’s time for me to throw in the towel, relax, and start work again tomorrow. I still have so much planning to do, and little time to do it. I’ll figure it out. In the meantime, I’m going to eat a donut and watch The Defenders. Good night all!
